Below is a list of our available rats. These may be babies that weren't reserved by 4-5wks, or young adults that have become available as I usually hold back a couple from each litter and watch them mature and not all are deemed suitable for breeding or able to be used for my lines.

Prices are as follows:

This is a general guidline. Prices may vary.

$20 for the first and $15 for ea thereafter*

 Breeding Stock** - from $35 - $55 per rat.

Available For Immediate Placement

I was contacted by a person looking to rehome a pair of does with their cage and set up. She describes them as being young adults (aquired in Dec. of this year), one is black and white, one is brown, and small in size. She did not as of yet, provide me with pictures, but hopefully I can get some to post. They come with a Rat Manor cage and supplies. She's asking $50 for the pair with set up and is located in Woodbridge, VA. Please contact me for more information and for her contact info. Thank you!

These two bucks are available for immediate placement. I was going through the colony and have come to the conclusion I do not need these two guys to further my lines. They are very sweet and eager to come out and play. Both will groom/kiss your hands (the agouti boy was even doing it during the photo shoot!). They have been caged together and with other bucks with no problem. Both are lower ranking males in the cage. They are easily handled by small children. The Russian blue boy was born 1/28/11 and the dumbo velveteen agouti boy was born 12/20/10. Their adoption fee is $25.

THESE BOYS HAVE BEEN PLACED!

*We no longer adopt out single rittens regardless of whether the adopter has other rats in the home or not. This is because if an adopter DOES have other rats in the home, it means they should be doing a minimum 4wk quarantine, which when done properly, leaves the newcomer alone for aat least a month. This process is made far less stressful when rats are adopted in pairs or trios. We cannot justify adopting out single rats except in extreme situation involving older animals with behavioral issues. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

**Breeding stock is available on a case by case basis. If interested in breeding stock, fill out the Adoption Application and I will send you the additional Breeding application. Generally, when breeding stock is desired, you tell me what you're looking for and I will let you know the fee and hand select animals that meet our standards for breeding. Not every ritten in a litter is worthy of breeding from, so we feel it's best if we hand select the breeding stock of the future instead of just picking from a picture.
